The Essential Ingredient Cooking School provides an opportunity for attendees to experience intimate instruction in an inspiring workspace.
The Cooking School offers a unique and inspiring space for corporate functions, product launches or special events. Classes can be tailored to suit specific requirements, incorporating elements such as team building workshops, corporate meetings or planning sessions. A professional and relaxed format creates an informative, dynamic event.
Classes are designed to suit our discerning market and emphasis is on demonstrating techniques and conveying an understanding of ingredients, their origin and applications rather than just a straight presentation of recipes. A relaxed format encourages presenters and attendees to discuss techniques in an environment where questions are encouraged, in this way presenters are not only able to share recipes but also their enthusiasm, passion, ideas and experience.
The Essential Ingredient Cooking School Schedule is compiled annually and comprises some of the most sought after chefs/presenters whom are known to be the best in their particular field of expertise.
Past presenters include international chefs Peter Gordon, Theodore Kyriakou, Dan Lepard, David Thompson and Rick Stein as well as Australian chefs Maggie Beer, Shannon Bennett, Martin Boetz, Frank Camorra, Guy Grossi, Greg Malouf, Karen Martini, Justin North, and Alla Wolf Tasker along with many others.
